7. Your Rights and Choices to Control Your Personal Data
Accessing and Exporting Your Information: By logging into your account, using your account settings, you can access and update your name, address, telephone number, or email address through My Account Settings or by Contacting us. You can contact us to confirm whether we are processing your Personal Information and if so, provide you with your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. We will use reasonable and proportionate measures to provide you with your data. You may reuse your exported data elsewhere. To protect your privacy, we will confirm your identity before updating or exporting your information. We may refuse to act on a request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive.
