Ingredients & Recipe:

  • 320g (1 1/3 cup) organic whole milk
  • 160g (2/3 cup) heavy cream
  • 70g Qitone powder (around heaping scoops)
  • 94g (6 tbsp + 2 tsp) allulose
  • 1 tsp Dutch cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • OPTIONAL: 1/4 tsp espresso powder


Instructions: For a Ninja Creami:

1) Mix Everything: In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth and fully dissolved.

2) Freeze: Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze solid (minimum 24 hours)

3) Spin: Use Lite Ice Cream or Creamie mode. Re-spin if needed for extra creaminess.
