Does Consuming Caffeine Before Exercise Help Burn Fat?

There was a similar study done five years ago that also demonstrated that caffeine 30 minutes before exercise selectively increased the ability to burn fat during a workout. Therefore, this study (linked below) is very important because of its validation of the first study, which we are always looking for in science.

On a further note, it’s also been shown that the ideal time to work out is in the afternoon, and outdoors. That commentary is based on two separate clinical trials:

One study demonstrated that you will enjoy an increase in your fitness level by working out in the afternoon versus the morning.

The second study, showed that people who train outdoors (such as bike riding and running outdoors versus a treadmill or Peloton) have a dramatically better response to exercise.
